Our City Takaki
I live in Koga City. It has a big park. It's
called "Sougou Kouen." It's
very nice. By the way, do you know snow
crystals? They were found by
Doi Toshitsura who was a lord in Koga 150
years ago. I'm proud of them.
Koga is the best city for me. This picture
shows the illustration book of
snow crystals.

Our City Kei
I live in Koga. It's famous for a baseball
player Nishi in the Giants.
He graduated from Koga Third Junior High
School. There is the Watarase
River in Koga. There we have fireworks
festival every summer. I went to
see it this summer, too. They are very
beautuful.

Our City Akiko
I live in Koga. The population is about
60,000. Koga is famous for
Sogo Park. A lot of irises and peach blossoms
bloom there. Koga has
History Museum. We have fireworks at the
river side in summer. They
are very beautiful. I see them every year.

Our City Masumi
I live in Koga. It's in Ibaraki. Koga
has a long history. One famous
baseball player is from Koga. His name
is Toshihisa Nishi. Our city
has only one train station. It's JR. I
like Koga. Koga is the great city.

Stay in L.A.
TEC graduate, Rie stayed at a family
in L.A. and learned English and
a lot of things. She was a little nervous
before leaving but once she
went she really enjoyed her life there. She
wrote to us and told the
experience made her recognize the importance
of communication.

My name is Takaki. I'm a high school student.
I belong to the computer
club and work as a graphicor. I have a lot
of things to do. It isn't easy
and take much time, I think. But I will do
my best from now on.

the high school second grade.
My hobby is listening to music and reading
comic books. Now I'm
challenging to play the guitar! It's so hard
but I enjoy it. But my guitar
is my mother's . So I want my own guitar.
